The winds of change blew away
Still no house. We had 3 very probable options (that's 3 more than we've had in the last 2 years of looking) and within a week they were all crossed off as options. Crazily enough in this buyers market, we put in an offer on a house and within 4 days of it listing it had 6 offers. We can't win. But our hopes are high, something will come. I'm sure of it, we will find a house... sometime... in the next 5 years...
A trip to Utah
I went to UT last week for Forrest's graduation and his baby's blessing. Little Davis is adorable! I have no pictures of any of it except for the day we spent at Thanksgiving Point. Mom, Alice, and Melanee and I went to see the tulip festival and I met up with a friend of mine that I haven't seen for about 4-5 years. I can't believe I forgot to take some pictures with her! Anyhow, it was really fun and so beautiful. The weather was perfect and we had such a good time.
This is my favorite picture. Their was a girl there doing her wedding pictures and Bridgett couldn't stay away. She followed her around and watched, I don't think she could have loved anything more.
Bridgett turned 5!
She was soo excited to turn 5. When she woke up Madison informed her that she "didn't look like a 5 year old." I just wonder what kind of transformation needed to take place for that to happen.
She had a great Birthday, we had cake and ice cream with the family and she was very excited (a lot more than mom) about the make-up she got. It was the only thing she wanted besides jewelry and I felt like it would be a little mean to not get her some. Turns out I chose the kind that is very hard to get off. The next day the girls looked like they had sunburned faces because we couldn't get all the pink off. Bridgett just kept putting it on and taking it off and putting more on. She really did love it a lot. The good news is that it was all used up in about 2 days.

Bridgett must be a tired girl
